15.2. Scanned Copy of SC/BCA/BCB/EWS/ESM/PwD (Person with Disabilities) certificate, certificate for family member of ESM and children/grandchildren of Freedom Fighters.
15.3. Scanned copy of Certificate claiming weightage/marks under socio-economic criteria and experience.
15.4. Scanned Photograph.
15.5. Scanned signatures of the Candidate.
15.6. Scanned copy of all documents showing higher qualification, experience etc. as per criteria if applicable
15.7. Haryana Bonafide Resident certificate if applicable.
15.8. Equivalence certificate in reference to para 14.
15.9. EWS certificate valid for 2022-2023 as per Annexure-V.
15.10. BC-A/BC-B Category Certificate valid for 2022-2023.
15.11. Experience Certificate for socio economic claim as per Annexure-III for Government Schools while Annexure-X for age relaxation.
15.12. Experience Certificate for age relaxation as per Annexure-X.
15.13. Declaration Certificate as per Annexure-XI. (Declaration must be hand written by the candidate himself in Hindi as well as in English).
